The ancient Greeks had two words for time – kairos and chronos. Kairos means the right, critical or opportune moment. It has a qualitative, permanent nature. I am a big believer in kairos time, which is why I called my business Kairos Modern Learning. Learning needs quality time, but the modern world is stuck in chronos time – the treadmill of busy-ness. With chronos time, development is squeezed into busy schedules. It becomes just another tick on the to-do list.
I offer modern, kairos learning, listening to the needs of learners and the needs of organisations. Successful people development caters for individual needs. Sound expensive? It doesn’t have to be. My people development is tailored to the needs of the individual and the demands of your pocket, while ensuring people have the learning environment, permission and culture to experience kairos.
